Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you do not absolutely love your new purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchased price, by mail or in person, in any of our Dynamite retail store locations.

What can I return or exchange?

We’re sorry things didn’t work out! We will gladly refund or exchange all unwashed and unworn ticketed merchandise and shoes in their original condition within 30 days of your order date when accompanied by the original packing slip invoice for the price paid.

Please note: Clearance items*, earrings, bodysuits, swimwear, underwear, fragrance, and beauty products are "final sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the merchandise was found to be defective. Belts, socks, leggings, and pyjamas in original packaging are refundable.

*Applicable to all clearance items in the sale section with the mention of 'final sale' in the product name.

Returning or exchanging at a Dynamite store:

  1. Please bring your original packing slip invoice and the item(s) you wish to return to your nearest Dynamite store. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. For any inquiries, see conditions above or on the back of your original sales receipt and packing slip.

  2. IMPORTANT: If your online order contains merchandise from both Garage and Dynamite banners, returns/exchanges must be made separately at the respective store. (EX: Dynamite items must be returned to Dynamite stores, Garage items must be returned at Garage stores).




Returning by mail:

  1. Indicate the reason code and the quantity for each item you wish to return.

  2. Peel off the return label on the other side of the packing slip and stick it to your return package.
  3. Enclose the packing slip invoice in your return package. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, whenever possible.
  4. We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Drop your package in the mail. Postage required. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.
  5. All shipping costs, including those incurred for returns are non-refundable. Upon receipt, allow approximately 10 business days to process your credit. Please allow a few days for your bank to process it.
  6. Ship the return package to: 5550 Ferrier, Ville Mont-Royal, QC, H4P 1M2, CANADA.
How am I going to be refunded?

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment and the same credit or debit card as the original purchase (except for gifts cards and e-gift cards, in which case you will be refunded a credit onto a new gift card). Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.

Please note that our stores cannot credit your PayPal or Virtual Debit account. We will refund you using a Dynamite gift card. If you return your order by mail to our distribution center, a credit will be issued directly toward your PayPal or Virtual Debit account.

“Ship to Store” Returns

If you chose the “Ship to Store” shipping method, your order will be available at the store you selected for 12 days after you’ve received our "Ready for pickup" email. If you do not pick up your order within that time, your order will be returned to our Distribution Centre and you will no longer be able to claim your items.
