In order to make your shopping experience as stress-free as possible, we’ve compiled all the most important updates in one place for your convenience.

Due to government regulations, some stores may have temporarily re-closed. For the most updated store information, please refer to the mall website or our opening hours listed on our Google listings.

We will keep you updated as things change, but in the meantime, you can still shop safety 24/7 online and on our app.


Good news: due to Covid-19, we’ve extended our in-store return policy for your convenience. All purchases made online and in-store during the provincial lockdowns can be refunded or exchanged in one of our stores 30 days after our stores re-open.

Our standard return policy applies for stores that remain opened and orders returned by mail. All purchases made online can be refunded or exchanged (in store only) up to 30 days. Online returns need to be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.


To make things easier for you, we now offer free returns by mail for all online orders.
Please note: In-store purchases cannot be returned by mail.

1- Find your order

Log into your online account, select order history under your profile tab to find the order you wish to return an item from. If you checked out as a guest, fill out the tracking form.

2- Print your pre-paid return label

After locating the order, select “Print Return Label”. Your information will be pre-populated for your convenience.
Ordered as a guest? Select "Print Return Label" from the pop-up to print.

3- Label package & drop off

Securely attach the return label to each package (preferably in the original packaging) and drop off your package at any Canada Post office.
Important to note when packing your order:

RETURNING MULTIPLE ORDERS? If you are returning more than 1 order by mail, each order must have its own return label and be packaged separately.

REMINDER OF WHAT CAN BE RETURNED Conditions of items being returned must comply with our return policy.

4- Get refund confirmation

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed using the same method of payment as the original purchase. Once completed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Please note: If you purchased using a credit card, once the return is processed, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Delays may vary based on your financial institution.

Shopping from home has never been easier with same-day delivery with Uber.

Exclusively for select locations across Canada. Please click here for the up-to-date list of locations that are eligible for this service.

For those eligible, select the “same day” delivery option at checkout by 3 p.m. (ET). Only items that are available at the originating shipping centre, and shipping addresses that are within the eligible delivery zones. Delivery zone varies by location, up to a 15km radius.The Delivery charge is $10. Once the order has shipped, a tracking link to the Uber Direct website will be sent via SMS to the mobile phone number provided at checkout.


Due to Covid, our carriers are currently experiencing delays that are unfortunately outside of our control. You can expect an additional 2-5 days for your order to be delivered and up to 5 days before you see any movement on your tracking ID after receiving the shipping confirmation email.


If you wish to still continue shopping in-person, we’ll be following all the health and safety measures recommended by the government and health organizations, including reduced store hours in some locations.

Mobile payments just got easier. We now offer Apple Pay as a payment method, online and on the app. You must be using Safari on the iPhone, iPad or Mac. When paying with Apple Pay, you do not need to manually enter your credit card information or shipping address (already found in your Apple Wallet) for an accelerated checkout experience.
