Can I still shop online/in the app?

Yes, you can shop online or on the app. Shipping and returns are free!

Are there currently any shipping delays for new online orders?

We’re open online and our standard shipping time frames still apply. We’re committed to keeping our distribution and shipping partners safe as they prepare and deliver orders.

Your stores are closed so I have to shop online. Are you offering free shipping?

Yes, we’re offering free shipping and returns on all orders until further notice. For the latest updates, please check out our site.

Will you be extending the return policy?

Yes! We’re currently offering free shipping and free returns by mail AND we’ve extended our return policy to accommodate all returns 30 days after our stores reopen, for all in-store and online purchases made after Feb. 1st, 2020.

Will you be providing free return labels for online orders?

Yes we are! Simply visit our Return Policy page on dynamiteclothing.com to complete the form and we’ll send you your free return label.

I ordered something before stores closed and I haven’t gotten a shipping confirmation email yet. Is my order cancelled?

We’re currently experiencing delays on orders placed before our stores closed BUT we’ll be caught up this weekend! You’ll be notified by email as soon as your package ships out. We appreciate your patience.

Why haven’t I received a response to my customer service inquiry?

We’re running a little behind due to the current situation BUT we will be back to regular response times shortly. We appreciate your patience!

What will happen to my ship to store packages now that stores are closed? Will the 12-day pickup window be extended? Will my order be cancelled?
