DYNAMITE COLLECTIF TURNS ONE – OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

ENTER TO WIN ALL MONTH LONG!

This contest is sponsored by Groupe Dynamite Inc., 5592 Ferrier Street, Town of Mount Royal, Quebec, Canada, H4P 1M2 (the “Sponsor”), owner of the Dynamite brand (“Dynamite”). No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The “COLLECTIF TURNS 1” (the “Contest”) begins on May 9, 2025, at 9 a.m. (ET) and runs until June 6, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (ET) (the “Promotion Period”). All entries for the Contest must be received by the Sponsor prior to the end of the Promotion Period.

Eligibility

This Contest is open to legal residents of Canada and the continental USA, with the exception of the state of Alaska, who are twenty one (21) years of age or older. Employees of the Sponsor and of its parent and affiliated companies, and their immediate families living in the same household, are not eligible to enter (for the purpose of the contest, immediate family includes children, siblings or parents).

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws and regulations. By entering the Contest, participants (and their respective legal guardians or parents, where applicable) agree to be bound by and accept the terms and conditions of these official rules (the “Rules”). The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

***Limit of one (1) entry per valid email account during the Promotional Period.*** Additional entries will be disqualified. Entries generated by a script, macro or any other automated means are void. Any entries that contain misprints, that have been altered, are incomplete, inaccurate, irregular in any way, or that do not comply with the Rules, shall also be disqualified.

There are two (2) ways to enter to win a Prize:

• A) Purchase Entry Method
      i) Online or in-store purchase: Any purchase amount from May 9, 2025 at 9 a.m. (ET) until June 6, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (ET) will result in an eligible entry.
• B) No Purchase Necessary Method
      i) Online Entry: For the “Takeoff Ready Giveaway” prize, entries will be accepted from June 2, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. ET until June 6, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET, exclusively via the designated contest post on Instagram (@dynamiteclothing). Entry requires following the @dynamiteclothing account and following the instructions provided in the official contest post.
      (i) Mail Entry: Enter by sending a letter of at least 250 words explaining why you love Dynamite. Include your first and last name, address, date of birth, daytime telephone number, email address and the correct answer to this skill-testing question: (4 x 2) + 6, and mail it in a self-addressed, stamped envelope to COLLECTIF TURNS 1, Dynamite, 5592 Ferrier Street, Town of Mount Royal, Quebec, Canada, H4P 1M2. To be eligible, the entries must be postmarked May 9, 2025 and received by the Sponsor by June 6 2025 at the latest.

Prize

There are twenty five (25) available prizes, consisting of:

A) BOOKED AND BUSY BUNDLE: Five (5) winners will receive the “BOOKED AND BUSY BUNDLE” prize which consists of:

• i) An invitation for the winner and one (1) guest to attend the One Night Only Dress Party, hosted by Violet Benson in New York City;
• ii) One (1) $200 Visa gift card to help cover personal expenses, in CAD or USD depending on the winner’s location;
• iii) Two (2) Dynamite dresses (one for the winner and one for their guest). All dresses will come in one designated size. We will not be able to offer unique sizes per item.

The total approximate retail value of the Booked and Busy Bundle is $400 CAD or USD depending on the winner’s location.

Open to members of the Dynamite Collectif loyalty program with Muse or Icon status at the time of purchase. Entrants must reside in Canada or the United States.

B) GLOW UP BUNDLE: Ten (10) winners will receive the “GLOW UP BUNDLE” prize which consists of:

• i) One (1) $200 Dynamite gift card in CAD or USD depending on the winner’s location;
• ii) One (1) Amazon Kindle e-reader (model may vary);
• iii) Two (2) Patchology face masks.

The total approximate retail value of the Glow Up Bundle is $400 CAD or USD depending on the winner’s location.

Open to members of the Dynamite Collectif loyalty program with Creator, Muse, or Icon status at the time of entry. Entrants must reside in Canada or the United States.

C) TAKEOFF READY GIVEAWAY – GENERAL CONTEST: Nine (9) winners will receive a prize which consists of:

• i) One (1) July carry-on suitcase (model may vary);
• ii) Dynamite merchandise with a total approximate retail value of $450 CAD or USD depending on the winner’s location. Items will be selected at the time of winner confirmation based on current inventory availability.

The total approximate retail value of the Takeoff Ready Giveaway is $800 CAD or USD depending on the winner’s location.

Open to members of the Dynamite Collectif loyalty program with Creator, Muse, or Icon status at the time of entry. Entrants must reside in Canada or the United States. Entries will be accepted from June 2, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. ET until June 6, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET, exclusively via the designated contest post on Instagram (@dynamiteclothing). Entry requires following the @dynamiteclothing account and following the instructions provided in the official contest post.

D) ICON TAKEOFF READY GIVEAWAY – EXCLUSIVE ICON GRAND PRIZE: One (1) eligible Icon-status winner will receive a grand prize consisting of:

• i) One (1) July carry-on suitcase (model may vary);
• ii) Dynamite merchandise with a total approximate retail value of $450 CAD or USD depending on the winner’s location. Items will be selected at the time of winner confirmation based on current inventory availability;
• iii) One (1) flight voucher valued at $2,000 CAD or USD, depending on winners’ location.

The total approximate retail value of the Icon Takeoff Ready Getaway is $2,800 CAD or USD depending on the winner’s location.

Only open to Dynamite Collectif members with Icon status at the time of entry. Entrants must reside in Canada or the United States. Entries will be accepted from June 2, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. ET until June 6, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET, exclusively via the designated contest post on Instagram (@dynamiteclothing). Entry requires following the @dynamiteclothing account and following the instructions provided in the official contest post.

Draw

The selection of the winners will be held on June 14, 2025 at 12:00 (noon) p.m. (ET) in the presence of witnesses at the Sponsor’s offices at 5592 Ferrier, Town of Mount Royal, Quebec, Canada, H4P 1M2.

Winner Notification Process

The potential winners will be notified via email to the account with which they entered the contest. The winners who entered by way of online or in-store purchase or online without purchase will have to correctly answer, without assistance, and within a given timeline, a mathematical skill-testing question. If a participant cannot be contacted, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question within the time period specified, or does not claim their Prize within the three (3) business days, the prize will not be awarded. In the event of unclaimed prizes, Dynamite reserves the right to not select alternative winners. Entrants of the “Takeoff Ready” giveaway will need to enter in the Instagram giveaway contest post on @dynamiteclothing in order to be eligible.

General

1. No correspondence pertaining to this contest will be entered into except with potential winners. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any online errors for this contest.

2. By entering this contest, participants agree that they have not purchased Internet services for the purpose of entering this contest. Participants agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the promotion and/or prevent others from utilizing the promotion, as prohibited by law.

3. Dynamite assumes no responsibility for any technical malfunction of mobile systems, servers or access providers. Dynamite assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected or ineligible text messages, or for any mobile, human or technical malfunctions that may occur in the administration of this promotion. If, for any reason, it is not possible to run this promotion as planned (including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of Dynamite, or any act corrupting or affecting the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), Dynamite reserves the right, at its absolute and sole discretion, to disqualify an individual and/or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Under no circumstances shall Dynamite be liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of, or reliance upon, the information or use of the mobile systems, servers, access providers or equipment. Dynamite makes no warranty or guarantee as to the timelines, accuracy or completeness of the information, or that the information may be relied upon for any reason. Dynamite and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (herein collectively referred to as the “Entities”) disclaim any and all representations and warranties, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, in connection with all prizes. By claiming a prize, winners agree to assume all risks and agree that the prize is awarded upon the condition that each of the Entities will have NO liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, death or other damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize or from winner’s participation in this contest.

4. Prizes cannot be substituted or transferred without permission of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes in the event that the prizes described are unavailable due to circumstances beyond its control. In the event an equivalent substitution cannot be found, the Sponsor reserves the right to offer a prize that is of lesser value than the original prize or to not award that portion of the prize altogether.

5. Your odds of winning are determined by the number of entries obtained by the end of the contest period.

6. Information Collection Practices. Personal information collected in conjunction with this contest will be used by the Sponsor: (1) to administer the contest, including notification of winners and inclusion of winner’s name on a publicly available winners list and (2) for future advertising/marketing efforts of the Sponsor. The Sponsor will share personal information with its personnel in connection with their duties in the contest. This contest is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at www.dynamiteclothing.com, in the Terms and Conditions section.

7. All expenses related to the receipt and use of the prizes, including travel, surcharges, fees, taxes (federal, state and local), and incidentals if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor denies any liability or responsibility in connection with any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising out of this contest or the prizes.

8. In addition to all of the foregoing conditions, the selected winner (and their legal guardian or parent, where applicable), in order to be eligible to receive their prize, must sign a declaration of eligibility, license and release, all in the forms required by the Sponsor within 3 business days of their win.

9. Any selected person who fails to meet the terms set forth in these rules will be disqualified. Should any of the winners be disqualified for any reason, alternate winners will be selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
