Curbside pick up is a safe and convenient way for customers to shop online, and pick up their orders within 1-4 business days with minimal contact.

This shipping method allows us to maintain safety measures with our customers during provincial lockdowns by setting up a pick-up appointment and meeting customers in a designated area either outside or inside to claim your order.

For now, curbside pick-up is available in selected stores only.

    Fairview Park Mall
  • Waterloo
    Conestoga Mall

Follow these five easy steps to place and claim your order:

1- At checkout, choose the "Ship to Store/Curbside" option & prefered store location.

2- We'll email you when your order is ready for pickup.

3- Once your order is ready, we will personally call you to set up an appointment for pickup.

4- Upon arrival, call the store to let us know you're here.

5- A store associate will meet you the pre-desginated pick-up area.

No. You will only pay the online listed prices for your item(s) (plus applicable taxes) as usual. There are no additional fees, and no additional shipping charges to use this service.

Your order will be ready anywhere between 1-4 business days after placing your order. We kindly ask for you to call the store listed in your order confirmation number to make an appointment for pick-up.

Factors that may prolong delivery time include reduced operating hours, transit times if the order is coming from our distribution centre or other regional stores, and maximum order capacity in stores. We will be sure to do the best we can under the circumstances.

Unlike our traditional pick-up in store option, all curbside pick-ups require an appointment, given that the locations are closed.

Once your order is placed using the "Pick up in store/Curbside" method, you will receive an order confirmation email outlining the next steps, which includes waiting for us to call you to reserve a time slot to pick-up as soon as you receive your "Ready for pick up email". Simply call the store number indicated on your order confirmation email when you arrive to your appointment.

Our staff are our top priority and we’re staying up to date with all safety protocols, including limited staffing in stores, store physical distancing, providing proper training to all of our staff, frequent disinfecting/sanitization of common surfaces in store, and increased hand washing.

For Curbside Pick-up orders, to maintain the safety of our customers and community, we’re asking customers to meet us in a designated area either outside or inside (to be determined during your appointment call).

Cancellations happen. We kindly ask that you call the store directly in advance to re-schedule or cancel your appointment.

In-store returns or exchanges are temporarily unavailable in our closed locations, however, all purchases made online and in-store during the provincial lockdowns can be refunded or exchanged in one of our stores up to 30 days after our stores re-open.

To make things easier for you, we now offer free returns by mail for all online orders. Online returns need to be mailed within 30 days from the date of purchase. See our return policy here for further details.
