Orders/purchases made before 3 p.m. (ET) for items that are available at the originating shipping centre, and shipping addresses that are within the designated delivery zones are eligible. Delivery zone varies by location, between 13 km to 15 km radius. See further details below. Eligible customers will be able to choose the "same day” delivery option at checkout. Same-day service will be limited on provincial and national holidays. The delivery charge is $10. Once the order has shipped, a tracking link to the Uber Express website will be sent via SMS to the mobile phone number provided at checkout. Please note orders placed after 3 p.m. (ET) will be delivered the next day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or select the 'track order' option here and enter your order number and email address or sign into your account.

In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order may be fulfilled in more than one shipment. You will only receive the shipping confirmation email when the last item has shipped. However, you can view the tracking for each item on the order detail page. 

What you should know:

  • We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. 
  • Please note that shipping times do not include processing time - orders generally take 1-5 days to be processed..
  • You will not be charged for items purchased with a gift card, e-gift card and/or credit card until the items have been shipped. You will be charged for items purchased with PayPal or Virtual Debit Card immediately upon order confirmation.
