  • Business and Marketing Partners, such as marketplaces including Instagram, joint marketing partners, and event co-sponsors.

Groupe Dynamite Inc. retains your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or such longer retention period as may be required or permitted by applicable law.

Groupe Dynamite Inc. will store and process your personal information in Canada. We may also store some information in other regions for specific services or functionalities that may requires the transfer of personal information outside Quebec or Canada such as the United States, and other countries. When Groupe Dynamite Inc. must communicate PI outside Quebec, the privacy team performs privacy impact assessments (PIA) and use contractual agreements with our service providers to ensure PI protection is granted in other jurisdictions. The laws of other countries regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information may be different from the laws of Canada.
