Styledit is a custom style plan with a personalized clothing box delivered straight to you. Our virtual stylist and team of in-house stylists create customized product selections based on items you like, and you can skip the styles that don’t vibe with your closet. Keep what you love, return what you don't – it’s that easy.

Once you’ve completed the online registration and downloaded the latest version of the Dynamite Studio app, you’ll be asked to verify your account details and to complete a short Style Quiz in the app to personalize your account. You will receive a link to preview your first box shortly after this. You’ll have 3 days to preview your box and make any changes before it’s shipped. After you’ve confirmed your choices and completed the checkout steps, we’ll provide an estimated date for delivery within 24 hours.

Our virtual stylist creates customized product selections based on items you like, and you can skip the styles you don't! The virtual stylist takes into account your answers to the questions in the Style Quiz as well as your purchase history with Dynamite. Styledit boxes are also reviewed by our in-house stylists before you can preview your box in the app to ensure they are the most relevant selections for you.

You’ll have 3 days to preview your box and make any adjustments you’d like. You can switch up the color and size of each item in your box, or, if you don’t like an item in your box, you can switch it out for a new item from the preview screen.

Yes you can! Make sure to select both Garage and Dynamite in the Style Quiz to ensure you get the best from both brands.

Our virtual stylist creates customized product selections based on items you like, and you can skip the styles you don't! The virtualYes, you can shop extended sizes (XXS, XL) if inventory is available. If you’ve selected an extended size as your default in the Style Quiz, we’ll do our best to get you a close size match based on our sizing guide.

You can skip a Styledit box at any time in the app, no charge will be applied.

Your subscription allows you to choose whether you’d like to receive a box monthly or quarterly. You can also skip a box until you’re ready for another!

In your profile account settings in the app, you can simply choose to “Cancel Styledit”.

Yes! Not only is our box recyclable, it’s also made from 100% recycled materials.

Each Styledit box is unique and personalized just for you, so prices will generally range between $100 to $180 depending on your picks. But don't worry, you only pay for what you keep.

After receiving your Styledit box, you’ll be prompted to review your items in the app. You can rate each item in the box and mark them as returns if you don’t want to keep them. Once you’ve confirmed your review, you’ll be able to return your items by mail or in-store anytime after your delivery. From your dashboard you’ll see three options for returning items: Return in-store for free, by mail with a print-at-home label, or at any Canada Post office (Please note, a $5 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for all orders returned by mail).

Returns from online, in the app, or in-store purchases must be returned separately from your Styledit return. All items must be returned within 30 days in compliance with our standard return policy.

If you have access to a wireless printer at home, you can print the return label directly from your phone. Just select the Return by mail option on your dashboard then connect to a printer from your device.
No printer? No problem! Your local Canada Post office will be able to print the label for you using the QR code in the app. Select the Return at Canada Post option on your dashboard to display your code.
Prefer to do it in person? You can drop off your returns at a store near you.

To track returns, use the tracking number on the prepaid label. After we've received your return, we’ll refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method. It may take up to 14 business days from when you drop off your item to receive a refund. If your refund hasn’t been issued within that time, please contact us.

Currently, Garage items can only be returned at a Garage store, and Dynamite items can only be returned at a Dynamite store. If you choose to return by mail, you can send all your items in the same package.

If you have a delivery on the way, you will find your order status as “Package in Transit” and a link to your Canada Post tracking number. We’ll send you an email with the tracking information when your order ships.

There are many factors in preparing and shipping your order, we always try to deliver an order within a few days of your preview confirmation. Don’t worry, you have 30 days to decide if you want to make any returns once it’s delivered to you!

We use Canada Post to ship packages to within Canada. Returns are easy and incur a small return fee. When you’re done trying things on, just pop the items you don’t want back in your box and attach the prepaid shipping label to the package then send it back to us. You can also drop off your returns at a store near you.

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number and your Styledit Box status will update on your dashboard once your package has shipped. Within 24 hours of receiving this notification, you should be able to track your package. Standing Shipping Delays apply.

We strive to have your Styledit box arrive as close as possible to the expected delivery date. However, due to various factors in creating and shipping an order, we can’t guarantee an exact arrival date. If your shipment doesn’t arrive within five days of your expected arrival, please contact us to let us know.
