How do I join?
You can sign up to Dynamite Studio in any of the following ways:
Mobile App: Download the Dynamite app and create an account using a valid email address. It is available in the App Store and Google Play Store
Website: Sign up for the program on the Login/Register section or the “Get Rewarded” section at the top of the Dynamite website by creating an account with your email address.
In-store: During your checkout in-store, provide a valid email address and we'll send you an email with a link to complete your registration.
How do I earn badges? What rewards will I get?
You can earn badges by completing shopping challenges with Dynamite in-store, online and/or on the app. Complete the challenges outlined below to unlock the following badges:

Earned badges and rewards will be available within 2 business days from the in-store purchase date and/or from when the online order is processed and shipped.
Can I earn more than one badge in a purchase?
Yes, it is possible to earn more than one badge per transaction, provided that the badge challenge criteria for both badges is met at the time of purchase. For example: you can earn the Spend $200 badge and Spend $500 badge if you qualify for both badges at that time.
What is a qualifying purchase?
Qualifying purchases include any purchases from Dynamite and Garage in Canada and the USA (in-store, online or on the app).
1. Buy 2 Ways: Spend a minimum of $50 over the program year on:
a) Each brand (Dynamite and Garage) or
b) Either brand on two different channels (in-store, on the app or online).
2. Spend Badges (Spend $200, Spend $500): Total spend over the program year is calculated on the total price before taxes and shipping. This includes the use of gift cards, but excludes the purchase of gift cards. Note: CAD and USD purchases are valued at the same amount ($1 CAD = $1 USD with no exchange rate difference).
- Gift Cards: Gift card purchases are not included in your total purchase price; however, the use of gift cards is included.
- Please note that for the VIP renewable badge, your spend only starts to accumulate after the badge is unlocked for the first time (any previous transaction will not count towards your first VIP renewable spend threshold).
How do I redeem my rewards?
All your reward offers are stored in the “Offers” section on the app or in the "Offers" section within your Dynamite profile via the Dynamite website. Information stored includes earned rewards and personalized offers.
Rewards for earned badges can be redeemed in the following way:
- In-store: Open the Dynamite app, scan your Loyalty ID and the offer barcode at the cash while making a purchase at Dynamite or Garage stores.
- Online: Apply an available offer during checkout when shopping on the Dynamite or Garage website (ensure you are logged in prior to checkout).
- Mobile app: Apply an available offer during checkout when shopping on the Dynamite or Garage app (ensure you are logged in prior to checkout).
Can I redeem more than one reward offer in a purchase?
No, reward offers are not combinable. Only one reward offer can be redeemed in a purchase. This includes earned rewards, personalized offers, and select in-store/online promotions.
What happens when I make a return or an exchange?
Returns: If your return causes your overall spend to fall below a spend badge challenge threshold, you will lose your earned badge and reward. You will re-earn the badge and reward once you make a qualifying purchase and meet the badge requirements. Note: you will not re-earn or lose any rewards that have already been redeemed.
Exchanges: There is no impact for exchanges of the same value. If the item is exchanged for a higher valued item, then the difference will be included as incremental spend. If the item is exchanged for a lower value item, then the difference will be subtracted from your total spend.
Do my badges and rewards expire?
Badges: All badges reset at the end of the Loyalty year (summer 2020) and will be removed from your account after the reset date. You will have a chance to re-earn your badges the following year.
Rewards: The badge offer rewards expire 3 months after being issued. The birthday and VIP anniversary coupon are earned 2 weeks before your birthday/VIP anniversary and expire 2 weeks after your birthday/VIP anniversary. Other personalized offers have varying expiration dates, please see details in your offer wallet.
How do I become a VIP & what do I get as a VIP member?
Aspiring VIP: To achieve VIP status, you will need to successfully collect all 4 badges (Complete Profile, Buy 2 Ways, Spend $200, Spend $500) before the end of the Loyalty year (summer 2020). Once you achieve VIP status, you will remain a VIP until the end of the next program year (summer 2021). You'll also unlock the VIP renewable badge, meaning you'll unlock 25% off for every additional $200 spent during the program year (after discounts, before taxes, excluding the purchase of gift cards and shipping costs, see badge details above).
Returning VIP: If you've already earned VIP status prior to July 2019, you'll keep your VIP status in the new Loyalty year, until summer 2020. You will maintain your VIP benefits (free shipping with $10+, VIP anniversary gift). However, your badges will be reset and you will have to re-earn the 4 badges (Complete Profile, Buy 2 Ways, Spend $200, Spend $500) in order to unlock your VIP renewable badge and keep your VIP status and benefits until summer 2021. Once the VIP renewable badge is unlocked, you'll earn 25% off for every additional $200 spent during the program year (after discounts, before taxes, excluding the purchase of gift cards and shipping costs, see badge details above).

Returning Studio member from before July 9, 2019?
Good news for returning members! Our program year has reset, meaning you'll be able to re-earn all your badges to unlock your offers all over again! This includes the Complete Profile, Buy 2 Ways, Spend $200, Spend $500. By re-earning them you will be able to earn new rewards. If you earned your Profile badge before July 9th, 2019, you will have the chance to earn 10% again! All you need to do is complete a quick and fun style survey so we can know more about you.
Do you still have coupons that you earned in the previous program year? Don't worry! Any coupons that you earned before the Loyalty year reset that were not redeemed or expired are still valid until their expiry date.
If you are a returning VIP, you will keep your VIP status and benefits, which means that you will continue to get free shipping on orders $10+, and continue to earn the VIP anniversary offer according to your VIP achievement date. However, your badges will be reset and you will have to re-earn the 4 badges (Complete Profile, Buy 2 Ways, Spend $200, Spend $500) in order to unlock the VIP renewable badge and retain your VIP status/benefits for year 3 of the Loyalty program (until summer 2021).
How do I update my account profile?
In-store: Open the Dynamite app, scan your Loyalty ID and the offer barcode at the cash while making a purchase at Dynamite or Garage stores.
Mobile app: Go to the “My Profile” section and swipe left to go to “Personal Info”. From here, you’ll be able to update your profile details.
Online: Go to the “My Profile” section of your account on the website to update your personal details.
- Please note that answers can't be updated after completing the Style Survey.
Do I need both Dynamite and Garage accounts and apps?
Your account, whether created at Dynamite (in-store, online or on the app) or Garage (in-store, online or on the app), is valid for both brands and is attached to your email address.
You can use the Dynamite app to identify yourself (present your Loyalty card and use your rewards) in both Garage and Dynamite stores, but for the complete brand experience, it is recommended to download both apps.
Can I transfer my account/badges/offers to others?
Unfortunately, you cannot transfer your account/badges/offers to others, since your account is personal and cannot be shared with anyone. This includes your customer ID, badges earned, and any personalized offers collected.
